Marianne Ferrari's Teaching Philosophy:
“Opening You to YOU!”

Marianne received her Pilates certification from Long Beach Dance Conditioning in Los Angeles under the master instruction of Marie Jose’ Lawrence Blum with a focus on rehabilitation. Marianne combines the West Coast philosophy of drawing from different forms of body conditioning and the New York classical style. She believes in combining Pilates, the Alexander Technique, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Feldenkrais and Yoga into her program and tailors the session to the needs of the individual client. She guides her clients through their program in a movement meditative state deepening their practice by allowing the release of tension through the breath. Her vision for her clients is to be as present in their bodies as they possibly can.
